WELCOME, Thank you for your interest in Coaching. I wish to welcome you to coaching and to help you accomplish exactly what you really want. Effective, successful coaching requires a certain "pace" to maintain momentum. Therefore, unless mutually agreed to in advance, the sessions shall be on a four weekly cycle. On a business note, I want you to be familiar with the following policies and procedures. If you have any questions, please call me.

CONFIDENTIALITY: I acknowledge that all information given to me as a Coach, whether of a personal or business nature is to be treated as strictly confidential. I will not voluntarily divulge that we are in a coaching relationship without your express written permission.

INVESTMENT: The Investment fee is on a monthly basis (four calls per month). Your payment needs to be received before the first session of each month. I don't permit late payments, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you haven't made these arrangements and you consistently pay late, I will ask that you find another coach. (The investment schedule is included with this pack)
We have agreed that the coaching fee will be $_____________ inc GST per month for______________________________________________________________________________

PROCEDURE: Our meeting will be either by phone, face to face and in some cases email. If we are to meet by phone, I will call you at our agreed upon time. If face to face we will meet at an agreed upon place as scheduled

CALLS: Our agreement includes 4 calls (or sessions) per month each for 45 minutes. If you are
on vacation, we can reschedule to make up the 4 sessions before you leave or after your return. If a public holiday falls on your day, we will reschedule to another day the same week.

RESCHEDULING: I ask that you keep our coaching appointments. If you must reschedule, please give me at least 24 hours notice. I will provide the same courtesy to you. Barring severe emergencies, if you miss a call or appointment without notification or rescheduling, there will be no refund or credit

EXTRA TIME: You may call me between our calls if you need advice, have a problem or can't wait to share a success with me. I do have time between our regular calls to speak with you, if
needed. I enjoy providing this extra level of service. I do not bill for additional time of
this type, but I ask that you keep the extra calls to 5 or 10 minutes, please. If you wish, you may also email me and I will reply within 24 hours

TERMINATION: The Client or Coach may cancel this agreement at any time. Cancellation must be in writing, fax or email.

DISCLAIMER: The Coaches role is to coach and facilitate the Client. Whether to make a particular choice or take a particular action is entirely the responsibility of the Client. The Coach accepts no legal responsibility for the actions or outcomes of actions that the client may take as a result of the coaching.

GUARANTEE: I am confident that coaching will be successful for you if you are prepared to work at it. I guarantee to refund you the current months fees if, after the current period, you are not satisfied that my coaching has been a success for you. (providing that those fees have been paid as per the Investment requirement (above)
