Think about it. Living in Sydney, great weather, and having a trade. What more could anyone ask for. With building on an all time high and trademen at extinction levels, you just can't go wrong.

I have tried to restrict my building to a couple of days a week so I keep my eye in, get a tan and get out in the big smoke rather than sitting in a coffee shop coaching or in front of a computer screen doing web site stuff.

It doesn't always work like that and I am constantly juggling the endevours so that I get everything done. Its fun trying, anyway.
